About i-Conference 2006
Dates
i-Conference 2006 will be held October 15–17, 2006 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. The conference schedule will be posted on this site when it is finalized.
The 2006 i-Conference will be the second such conference. The first i-conference 
was held in September 2005 and was hosted by the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State University.
Location and Maps
The University of Michigan School of Information will host the 2006 i-Conference.
Most i-Conference 2006 sessions will be held in the University's Rackham Building, an exquisite Art Deco showpiece that has been recently renovated. The address is 915 East Washington Street.
The Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is the closest major international passenger airport to campus. (Other airport options are the Toledo Express Airport or the Bishop International Airport in Flint, Michigan). From Detroit Metro Airport, take I-94 West and then follow the directions to Central Campus or the directions to North Campus .
